A term that is used a lot in business today is “outsourcing”. Like many new business terms, it’s often over used and poorly understood, and as a result creates some confusion. Simply put, to “Outsource” a task is hire someone to do that task for you who is not an employee of your company or business. However outsourcing can benefit for small-to-medium size businesses just as it can benefit larger national or multi-national corporations.
